The Venue

One problem traders find regularly sets the tone for the day, is the problem of unloading and loading their vans, lack of man power or unsuitable access can really get a show off on a bad footing. We at Tudor Warrior wish to notify traders that everything possible is being done to make sure that they will not have this problem at Warrior Bazaar 2010.

The Park Hall has confirmed that there will be trolleys made available to transport boxes and equipment to and from the venue.

We also confirm that apart from help from the hotel porters, Tudor Warrior will this year have their own team of helpers in place to assist you unload and load on the day. This group of lads have been made aware of the importance of getting things in carefully and efficiently and are fully aware of what will be required of them.

To assist with the smooth running of unloading you will be sent through the post a receipt of payment, directions to the venue and a laminated card with a number on it. If you place this numbered card in view on the dashboard, our helpers will know immediately who you are and where your stand is located in the hall. This will enable them to help you unload quickly and efficiently, taking you straight to your pitch and avoiding any hold ups before directing you to the trader car park. Parking marshals will also be on hand to guide you to the loading bay and to the trader parking area.
