To assist with the smooth running of unloading you will be sent through the post a couple of weeks before the show, directions to the venue and a laminated card with a number on it. Please place this numbered card in prominent view on the dashboard, so our helpers will know immediately who you are and where your stand is located in the hall. This will enable them to help you unload quickly and efficiently.
